What you need

cup water

shallot

pepper

roma tomato

cup cooking oil

tsp salt
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp fish sauce
tilapia fillet

cup mustard greens
Instructions
1: Salt and pepper the tilapia fillets. Coat them with cornstarch and set aside. 2: In a pan over medium high heat, add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan to shallow fry. 3: Once hot, fry the tilapia for 3 minutes per side until golden yellow. Remove and set aside. 4: In the same pan over medium high heat, add shallots and sauté for 1 minute. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 5: Add the tomatoes and sauté for another minute. Add pickled mustard greens and cook for another minute. 6: Add back the fried tilapia fillets and 1.5 cups of water. Season with fish sauce and sugar. 7: Gently combine so the fish is mixed well with the vegetables and sauce. 8: Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 9: Serve hot with rice.View original recipe
